Spanking new PPV traffic source is coming
Posted by: | CommentsI just got off the phone with a new friend of mine that actually started his OWN ppv network and really knows how the ppv networks ACTUALLY get their traffic (not including Traffic Vance).
Anyway, these guys are serving 3500 pops per second and they have yet to throttle up. You can imagine what kind of hardware it takes to handle that volume of traffic.
Eventually I’m going to interview him and he can explain all the things he was spilling to me b/c my hand got tired madly scribbling down notes. To say the least, I’m enlightened and fully stoked.
I can confidently say that true penny pop ups are in your future if you are an AffPortal.com member. As soon as he gives me the green light, I’ll spill and you guys will be so glad I did. This is an up and coming network with very little competition for high traffic keywords that you can bid one cent on and get impressions AND they let you run almost anything. Basically a PPV marketers wet dream.

Brand New Social Media URL Scraper online
Posted by: | CommentsHey, I literally just got done coding the Social Media URL Scraper and i’m super excited to start building some campaigns with it.
What it does is scrape the urls from YouTube and Scribd for search terms, up to 20 in a batch, that you can use in your PPV, CPV and PPC campaigns. Many more social media sites will be added as this tool gets refined.
Currently Traffic Vance and Media Traffic keyword lists are not case sensitive so that throws a wrench in the cpv url list effectiveness. I have submitted a support ticket to TV so we will see what they say.
I did just code it so if it has any bugs feel free to let me know.

New Video – Offer / URL Rotator for PHP
Posted by: | CommentsThere is a new video about the URL Rotator, that shows in great detail exactly how to use AffPortal’s offer rotator when to rotate the affiliate links that you send your traffic to. This is very useful, and I use it every day, to rotate through the offers I send PPV or PPC traffic to. The point of this is to quickly find out which offers are converting for what traffic and which keywords.
This rotator supports subId tracking and will easily pass your subIds from your destination url, to you landing page, to the rotator and then to the affiliate offer so you can pull your commission reports and see what’s converting for which keywords or URLS in the case of PPV.
You can download the rotator.php file inside the downloads area along with the offer.php script that you can use to cloak your affiliate links.
Both of these files can be used for direct linking as well as when using a landing page or mini site.

Knock the dust off the URL Scraper and get to work
Posted by: | CommentsWell it has been some time since my last post but don’t think I have been away b/c I use the URL Scraper and the URL Chop at least 4 times a week to help set up my PPV campaigns. It is true that since being hired by PPC Classroom I have been super busy. Actually I have gotten pretty used to sleeping 4 hours a night during the week and catch up on the weekends.
When I do put down the URL Scraper and put on my coaching hat I have been able to meet some of the best and most bright affiliate marketers out there through PPC Classroom. I’ve been conducting webinars for over 400 people at a clip once or twice a month since this past spring. Let me tell you what it’s like to code a website live in front of 500 people from around the world… thrilling to say the least. The whole experience has been invaluable and my knowledge in terms of affiliate marketing and internet marketing in general has nearly doubled in my time with PPC Classroom.
I know the future of my campaigns is bright but best of all, YOUR future is just as bright. That is IF you have joined the ranks here at AffPortal.com.
